You have a full kitchen with a fan oven, 4 ring IR hob, and microwave plus a fridge and freezer. Of course there is a dish washer too. You can enjoy our stunning balcony to dine-out looking out onto the harbour at the amazing sunsets. The house has a bath and a shower and two toilets.
We have a washing machine and a tumble dryer too. Park under your house! The Wi-Fi code is provided to you of course. The award-winning Deck Cafe is open daily from 9am for great breakfast’s and lovely evening meals.
You are just a 15 minute walk to Emsworth town centre and that includes the train station with services from London Victoria.
We are only 30 minutes from Goodwood and Fontwell if you are coming for any of the events there.
You are a short walk away is the historic oyster fishing town of Emsworth with its pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is a walk around Thorney Island that is popular and at low tide you can walk all the way to Langstone on the beach and back, stopping for lunch as the Ship Inn or the Royal Oak.
Please explore the South Downs National Park when you are with us. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty. You can drive in 20 minutes to both Portsmouth and Chichester. You can get to West Wittering in 30 minutes and even nearer are Ichenor and Bosham,
Emsworth has a main line train station to Portsmouth, Chichester, London Waterloo, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport.
The coastal bus route will take you to Portsmouth or even Brighton. We have local bus and taxis.
If you wish to get to the Isle of Wight then use the nearby ferry and hovercraft services to the Isle of Wight which operate from Portsmouth and Southsea. The A3M to Petersfield, Guildford and London is only 5 minutes away.
